This picture almost had me licking the screen, that's how good this combination is. The recipe is not complicated and can be in the oven in as little as 30 minutes. Fast and delicious, that's exactly how I like them.

I begin by thawing the Cod inside the individual wrappers preserving the juice. When I cut the bag open, I pour out the Cod, juice and all, into the aluminum foil. I like to cook the Cod in individual pouches too. It seems to personalize the meal when you bring someone a serving of food that was prepared just for them. I get lots of smiles that way.

I sprinkle each pice of Cod with Mrs. Dashes' Onion and Herb seasoning, a sprinkle of Sea Salt, slivered onion, a dash of black pepper and (optional) 2 slices of butter or margarine to boost the flavor.

And finally, before wrapping the Cod for cooking, I add in 2 or 3 lemon slices. This addition combined with the butter is an awesome combination for seafood, although it is somewhat fattening.
