This dish wins a lot of praise at gatherings when it has been prepared right and seasoned to perfection. It goes well as a side dish to just about anything.

The ingredients are simple, green beans, cream of mushroom soup and fried onions. I am preparing this tub for my wifes' graduation ceremony and I am doubling the recipe but, I will post the ingredients here for a single recipe. I start with 3 - 14 1/2 oz. cans of green beans.

I arrange the green beans in the bottom of my pan and then I add 1/2 of a 3 oz. can of crispy fried onions to the geen beans in the pan.

I combine the cream of mushroom soup with 3/4 cup of milk in a saucepan and slowly heat it up till it simmers and then I turn it off. I add 1 level teaspoon of powdered chicken boullion and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper to the mixture and I stir it in. I pour this over the green beans and crispy fried onions.

I gently fold the mixture to distribute the sauce evenly and thoroughly, it is now ready to bake. I place the pan in a 350 degree oven and set the timer for 30 minutes. When the timer screams, I remove the pan from the oven, sprinkle the other half of the crispy fried onions over the top evenly and, I put the pan back in the oven for an additional 5 minutes.

I turn off the oven and remove the pan. The last step for me is to lightly dust the surface of the casserole with a powdered seasoned salt such as Goya Adobo, Badia Adobo, powdered sea salt or even popcorn salt, a very light dusting. I do the same thing with black pepper, a very light dusting. What I wind up with is a lot of praise.
